We are not a fit for one-time meeting rentals, photography or video shoots, or short-term project space under 3 months. Our focus is on creating a stable, community-oriented environment for members who want consistency, focus, and room to grow.
Good Space is located on the third floor of the historic Mercer Warehouse at 10359 104 Street NW, Edmonton. You’ll be in the heart of downtown, steps from cafés, transit and the pulse of the city. But inside you’ll find a calm, focused space that lets your business thrive. We’re more than a workspace — we’re your partners in getting things done.

We offer flexible terms, but Good Space is designed for tenants who want a long-term home. Most members commit to at least 3–6 months. We do not offer day passes or one-time rentals.
No. Good Space is reserved for our member community. We do not offer the space for one-off meetings, events, photography, or video shoots.
Yes. As a member, you can host clients in our private meeting rooms during business hours. Reach out, and we’ll walk you through meeting room hours included with your plan.
Your private office membership comes with everything you need to focus, recharge, and connect — at no extra cost.
There are several parkades within a 2-minute walk, plus paid street parking. Secure bike parking is included for all members.
We have offices for teams from 1 to 15+. If you outgrow your current space, we’ll work with you to move into a larger office when one becomes available.

Most members move in within 1–2 weeks of signing. If an office is currently available, we can often get you in sooner.
